Flexicare is a health care provider that are based in Gloucestershire. She stared the business in 1997 while a Nurse to provide health care directly in people’s homes. They now have 160 employees and 4 generation of the family involved with the business.

 

What is so interesting throughout Jeanette story is her passion for her Clients, her Staff and her Family with the focus on delivering excellence at all times, has created a family centric business.

 

As always we cover a lot of ground, including:

 

 - Having a clear mission to keep you going during the tough times.

 - Finding business mentors in the Academic world will stretch you

 - Using technology to link people together and make work life easier.

 

What is so illuminating about this conversation with Jeannette is how her constant drive find better ways to do things is also driving the business plan for the coming generations as well. Look out for the next 5 year plan in this conversation!
