Today I had the pleasure to interview Flynn Blackie who is the founder of MOD Digital and X Lounge and he's also the winner of Wise 20 under 20. So he’s a young man aged 20 now. He left school at 16 to set up his first business, which he has now scaled to 7 people with some significant clients including a multi billion dollar  client.

I was really keen to explore his mindset, and get into the mind of somebody who leaves school at 16 and has the confidence to set up a business. I think that you are going to really enjoy this interview and the phrase ‘wise head on young shoulders’  certainly came to mind for me with Flynn.
