Today on ScaleUp Radio, I interviewed Jack Deverson, who's the MD and co founder of Evidence Based Education.

Jack co founded the business with Stewart, around seven years ago. They started in the field of education through teacher training and education consulting with in person workshops and they've evolved over time to a much more scalable model.

They've won multiple awards for their innovative approach and their subscription service called the Great Teaching Toolkit, including a Queen's Award for Enterprise. 

So some really great success already. 

One of the challenges in education is establishing credibility and I'd like you to listen out for a couple of the key ways that Jack and Stuart have gone about building that credibility. 

They're now up to around 16 employees. They've had around 27,000 teachers go through their services. 

There's a lot to learn from Jack and the way that he's approached scaling up so far, regardless of what sector or industry you are in, so I certainly encourage you to take a listen to the rest of Jack's story.
