ScaleUp Radio

Nov 21, 2022

On this week’s episode of ScaleUp Radio I speak to Nigel Dunand of Sandler.

Sandler is a global organisation that deals in Sales Training and Sales Leadership, and Nigel is a franchisee that works out of the Heart of England office, which is based in Birmingham in the UK.

Nigel has been with Sandler for 16 years now, after being a client and seeing what they offered - and wanted to be a part of the organisation itself.

Don’t worry, this conversation isn’t just a big campaign for Sandler. We do  cover plenty of subjects, including:

 - Why you should have an exit strategy in place much earlier than you may have originally thought.

 - Why mindset in your business can mark the difference between growth and stagnation, success and mediocrity.

 - Regularly re-evaluate who your ideal client is. It most likely will evolve as your business evolves

As you’ll hear, Nigel is a big personality who is a great talker, and we have a real practical discussion about sales and growth of your business. Make sure that you have something to take notes with during this conversation - I guarantee that you’ll have plenty of takeaways.
